Taster sessions are frequently provided to new users, these events are normally made publicly available through Facebook.

We will normally start members out on the pond to begin with and give you access to one of our Paddle sport Instructors whom are qualified through British Canoeing and as your skills and control of the craft advance you will move on to moving water within the river located on site, this can include for the more adventurous a 26ft slide down a weir (water levels dependent).

Sessions are priced as follows:

All non members must attend a non member priced event (£20) before joining as a full member to obtain the discounted rates with all intended members of the household family at the same time if taking family membership.

​

Membership can be purchased following the attendance of 1 taster session which will allow you to receive a 50% reduction in the fees.

​

There is no cost to members whom have their own equipment but booking must be made with the event organiser.

Refunds for non attendance are not provided due to a space being reserved for you unless 1 weeks notice to the organiser is provided.

Please note: by making payment below you acknowledge you are agreeing to participate in a water based sport that has numerous risks, all risks are minimized by the event holders however you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any other person you book for.

Please do not attend if you have any health conditions which may impact your ability to keep yourself/others safe unless you have made the event organizer aware and they have agreed to allow your attendance.

Please remember to bring with you a spare change of clothes and shoes as you will definitely get wet and wear appropriate clothing that will not become heavy while wet.
